Sculpting Process:

Using the provided family photo as a reference, I meticulously shaped each face to capture the unique features and expressions of the husband and two daughters. The goal was to infuse the cake with a sense of familial warmth and individual personality.

The chosen theme depicted the family cozily nestled in bed. The backdrop featured fondant pillows, a textured duvet, and a woodboard floor to simulate a bedroom setting. The mother's penchant for TikTok was humorously incorporated with a miniature charging mobile phone on the bedside table, showcasing her love for watching videos. Additionally, a play ball and a yellow journal were strategically placed on the woodboard floor to represent the family's shared interests and activities.

Size and Serving:

This fondant sculpted cake was designed to feed approximately 10-12 people, making it a perfect centerpiece for a small family celebration.
